We offer a selection of second-hand metal trolleys, renovated in excellent condition.
We truly believe in the importance of giving a second life to metal trolleys, as steel is a completely recyclable material and can be reused ad infinitum.
The trolley renovation process is divided into several stages:
SANDING : Old trolleys are first sanded to remove rust, paint residues and other surface imperfections.
CLEANING : The trolleys are then cleaned to remove any dirt, grease or other contaminants.
THERMAL TREATMENT : The trolleys are placed in an oven to be heated to a high temperature to burn off any remaining residue and prepare the surface for painting.
PAINTING : Once prepared, the trolleys are painted with epoxy paint, which is durable and corrosion-resistant. This paint provides extra protection against rust and damage.
This restoration process gives new life to old metal trolleys, making them usable again and look good.
